Document Description
The Operator proposes to install a 100-foot long squashed pipe culvert into an unnamed tributary to the Napa River in conjunction with the Devlin Road extension located approximately 3000 feet southeast of its intersection with Soscol Ferry Road, Napa County. The roadway will parallel State Highway 29. The Devlin Road extension will connect Soscol Ferry Airport Boulevard, approximately 2,200 feet in length. The squashed pipe will be 64 inches at the widest point and have an opening of 14.7 square feet.
