- Document Description
- The proposed project is for an Administrative Permit to encroach 16 feet, a total 2,080 square feet or approximately .066, into an open space easement to conduct minor grading and construct a pool and spa, landscaping, and retaining walls. The established open space easement was designated as part of TM 4857 (Del Mar Country Club) for the protection of steep slope lands and Southern maritime chaparral. The open space encroachment will occur in the 100 foot fuel modification and management zone. The project does not propose the location of additional structures within the encroachment area that would require additional fire clearing. It has been determined that the integrity of the established open space easement will not be impacted.
