Document Description
The proposed project site is located to the south and west of the southwest corner of Betteravia Road and "A" Street, extending south tot eh future McCoy Lane Extension on about 12.71 gross acres. The Land Use and Zoning Map, shows that industrially zoned adjoin the project site on the east, west and south. The zoning on the west-side of the project is PD/CM and PD/OS and the area is generally undeveloped to the east of the site, the area is developing the zoning is PD/CM. The Vocational Training Center operated in a PF zone that is south of the project site. The southwest corner of Betteravia Road and "A" Street is zoned PD/M-1 and is currently vacant. The northwest corner of Betteravia Road and "A" Street is occupied by several industrial uses that are outside the City limits.
