- The applicant proposes to alter the streambed bed by excavating approximately 280 feet of the existing earthen drainage channel to install a new storm drain constructed with reinforced concrete pipe. The excavated alluvial materials will be used to re-grade the adjoining non-jurisdictional upland areas. The project will impact 0.30 acres of jurisdictional riparian scrub habitat. The Operator proposes to complete all necessary mitigation on-site at a 2:1 ratio for 0.60 acres.
