Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry/Temporary Use Permit to the County of Mendocino Department of Transportation and their contractors to access a county-owned prescriptive easement in and along Pruitt Creek in Mongomery Woods State Reserve, for minor vegetation trimming, movement of boulders, and installation of a system of baffles to facilitate fish passage, in association with the County of Mendocino's culvert modification project. Minor trimming of vegetation will also occur outside the easement boundaries along, the designated access route. Access to the site will be along Orr Springs Road. A Negative Declaration has been filed with the Governor's Office of Planning and Research/State Clearinghouse by the MDOT for the Pruitt Creek Fish Barrier Removal Project (SCH#2004022134, filed on February 26, 2004).
