Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed to construct a driveway between a single family residence and a barn which will require crossing an ephemeral drainage. Cut and fill of the slope and the driveway crossing will necessitate the placement of fill within the drainage and installation of a drainage culvert to convey storm flows beneath the driveway. The drainage is approximately 15 feet wide within Department jurisdiction. The Driveway construction will result in a temporary inpact of 300 square feet and a permanent impacts of 1853 square feet to riparian resources which include the drainage and associated upland chaparral vegetation.
