Repair and existing wooden retaining wall on Arroyo Holon. The repair will consist of replacing a old, failing wood wall with a new wall. The new wall will be constructed approximately three to five feet further back from the creek than the existing wall, except where the wall serves as the support for an existing foot bridge. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0364-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600.
