Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed to replace an existing culvert beneath an access driveway with a new culvert with associate ungrouted rip rap to comply with fire department regulations. The drainage is ephemeral and supports upland species and some mulefat. The project will result in temporary impact of 300 square feet and a permanent impact of 2,100 square feet.
