Specific locations and total number of borings will be dependent on the presence of contaminated materials identified in the initial boreholes. A licensed and trained Hazardous Materials Consultant will conduct the investigations. Tests will determine the extent of underground diesel fuel contamination and the effects on construction excavations in the area as part of the Immigration Station Restoration Project.
