Document Description
The California Department of Military proposes to lease a 7065 (net) square foot of an existing office space and 1616 square foot of Warehouse space in San Diego. Forty full time personnel of the CA Air National Guard will use the proposed space. The use will include mission planning and briefing, gathering and filing of historical data and presenting of briefings to outside agencies. The lease is scheduled to commence September 1, 2004, with a year firm term. An additional four years soft term is provided in the lease.
