Document Description
The proposed project is to combine for accounting purposes two transfers of Lower Tule River Irrigation District water to Tulare Lake Basin Water Storage District approved by DWR through a 2002 CVP Letter of Agreement. No lands will be fallowed as a result of the transfer and no additional groundwater will be pumped. The lands have been actively farmed in the past.
