A portion of the water available through the 2004 Temporary Water Transfer Program for the San Joaquin River Exchange Contractors Water Authority will be transfered to Madera Irrigation District and Chowchilla Water District using available transportation capacity in existing conveyance facilities, including but not limited to portions of the California Aqueduct in Merced, Fresno and Kings Counties.
