Metropolitan proposes to install drain piping at Meter Structure SD-11 along San Diego Pipeline No. 5. Metropolitan proposes to excavate a small trench along the side of Metropolitan's access road in order to install a small drain pipe to eliminate standing water around the meter structure and over the pipeline.
