Document Description
The City of Bakersfield will construct a new pipeline for a distance of approximately 2,600 feet along the south side of its 2800 Acre Groundwater Recharge Facility. Construction of the pipeline will begin at Olcese Well No. 2 and extend east, on the north side of the Kern River Canal, east of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks.
