Document Description
Construct a new 200-series restroom facility with four unisex stations, meeting Americans with Disabilities Act standards, located within the footprint of previously demolished restrooms directly behind the Knapp Block building in Colombia State Historic Park. Construct new restroom structure, with exterior of common bond brick veneer similar to the existing Knapp Block building and historically compatible with the architecture of the town's commercial district.
