This project is ministerial in nature and complies with CEQA, Code Section 21080(b)(1) which is proposed to be carried or approved by public agencies. There will not be a significant increase in enrollment as a result of the project because it adds no more than 10 classrooms and increases the square footage by less than 25 percent. By Section 15314 of CEQA regulations, this project is exempt.
