Improvements would be constructed at Gate 4 and Gate 5 at Los Angeles AFB to meet DOD anti-terrorism force protection standards and to provide adequate access to support future traffic demands at the base. Construction would include 2100 sf of new building space (new visitor center/pass and ID office, two guard houses, truck inspection area, and mail inspection facility) and approximately 2 acres of land would be disturbed.
