Document Description
The proposed project would create 43 single-family residential lots and three landscape lots on an 8.4 +/- parcel (approximately 5 units per acre) in the eastern portion of the City of Elk Grove. The site is south of Bond Road and west of Stonebrook Drive in the northern portion of the East Elk Grove Specific Plan. The major arterial roadways surrounding the project site include Bond Road to the north, Bradshaw Road to the east and Waterman Road to the east.
