Document Description
The Enterprise Zone (EZ) encompasses over half the geographical area of the county, including portions of the two incorporated cities of Colusa and Williams. The EZ includes Industrial and Commercial Zones, and "eligibility" areas (residential). The EZ will provide tax and employment incentives for industrial growth within this EZ. The total area is approximately 550 square miles.
