Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-SON-42830-R3, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Davidon Homes Western Meadows. The project is limited to the construction of a new stormwater outfall, including associated rock riprap, as part of a larger residential development project. The stormwater outfall project will result in approximately 180 square feet of permanent impacts to riparian habitat and approximately 804 square feet of temporary impacts to riparian habitat. No riparian trees will be removed as part of this project. Access and staging will occur within existing roads and undeveloped upland grassland habitat outside of the riparian zone.
