Document Description
Note: Extended Review
The proposed project includes the subdivision and rezoning of two parcels on each side of Windsor Drive at the intersection of D Street. The project would create 93 single-family homes on approximately 35 acres. The remaining 23 acres would become open space, including: 20 acres of public open space to the north and south of Kelly Creek; a 100-foot wide public open space area along the southern project boundary; a 300-foot wide open space area at the southwest portion of the site; and 2.35 acres of private open space around the stock pond. The Kelly Creek open space corridor would be 200 feet wide and would include a meandering public pedestrian/bike path that would connect to Helen Putnam Regional Park.
