The project consists of developing a community park with picnic and play area on 5 acres of vacant land. Facilities constructed at the site will include picnic tables, barbeques, garbage containers, fencing, signage, trails, play ground equipment, shade structure, benches, solar lighting, pre-cast concrete restrooms, and drinking fountain.
