Document Description
The applicant is proposing to complete a lot line adjustment to a vacant 0.22 acre parcel on the west side of Scotts Valley Drive (no situs); to rezone the rear half of the parcel from Commercial Service to High-Density Residential/Planned Development and construct one single-family dwelling as an extension to the Windward Place Subdivision; and to combine the front half of the parcel with the adjacent Aoi Restaurant parcel located at 4727 Scotts Valley Drive, rezone the resulting parcel from Commercial Service to Commercial Service/Planned Development, and construct a parking lot expansion.
