Applicant proposes to construct a secondary pond for the storage of processed nutrient water. The project would be adjacent to an existing 5-acre nutrient water pond. Together the two ponds would provide additional nutrient storage capacity and allow for improved nutrient distribution on site. The pond is approximately 210 feet by 300 feet by 6 in depth (10,000 +/- cubic yards) with a compacted clay base.
