Lot sizes generally range from approximately 8,250 to 1,400 square feet, with the average being approximately 10,000 square feet in size. The project would increase clearing and grading for creation of level builing pads on each lot and construction of on-site streets and utilities. Construction of the project will include a connection from the existing terminus of Foothill Boulevard to an extension of Lakeside Drive of the intersection of Buenaventura Boulvard.
