Equilon Enterprises LLC, doing business as Shell Oil Products US, the applicant and operator of the Shell Terminal, proposes to continue existing operations of the Shell Terminal, located on tide and submerged state lands adjacent to Shell's Martinez Refinery on the south side of the Carquinez Strait, ~one-half mile west of the Benicia-Martinez Bridge in Contra Costa County, for a term of 30 years ending July 31, 2039.
