Document Description
The proposed project site, comprised of 57.93 +/- acres, is located immediately north and west of the intersection of Interstate Highways 5 and 80, within the North Natomas Community Plan area of the City of Sacramento. The proposed project includes entitlements for the development of 537 residential lots of 46.5 +/- acres, 4.7 +/- acres of neighborhood commercial space, and 6.7 +/- acres dedicated to park/open space. Specific entitlements include a General Plan Amendment, a Community Plan Amendment, Rezone, PUD Schematic Plan Amendment, Tentative Subdivision Map, and Subdivision Modification.
