By the City Council of the City of San Jose: General Plan Amendments to change the site's General Plan Land Use/Transportation Diagram designation from Industrial Park to Mixed Use with No Underlying Land Use Designation, update the General Plan's Mixed Use Inventory via a text amendment, designate one or more new Arterial and/or Major Collector roadways on the General Plan Transportation Diagram, and allow a maximum building height of 120 feet on the project site; and modification of the City of San Jose's Edenvale Area Development Policy (EADP) regarding traffic improvements for the project. By the Board of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jose: Adoption of a resolution authorizing entry by the Redevelopment Agency into a development agreement regarding the project.
