Document Description
The project proposes to create a Heritage Park in the vicinity of downtown Pinole, with the project to be constructed in two distinct phases. The first phase will include a main building and ancillary improvements at the southern frontage on San Pablo Avenue. The second phase will involve the construction of three single-family dwellings and a common detached garage along the northern site frontage on Buena Vista Drive, as well as open space amenities in the central low-lying area of the site.
