Proposed Parcel 1 will be approximately 21,653 square feet (net) and is currently developed with an existing residence, attached garage and on-site waste disposal system. Proposed Parcel 2 will be approximately 13,942 square feet (net) and is developed with an existing mobilehome, detached garage, and on-site waste disposal system. The existing shed on Proposed Parcel 2 will be removed and the garage will be modified to meet setback requirements. Water service will be provided by the Humbold Community Services District. A Special Permit is requested to allow for a lot size modification.
