Document Description
A Minor Subdivision of an approximately 0.36 acre parcel into two parcels. Proposed Parcel 1 will be approximately 7,564 SF net and is developed with an existing single story residence and shed to be removed (note: residence crosses proposed parcel line). Proposed Parcel 2 will be approximately 7,098 SF net and is developed with a single story non-conforming duplex, which is proposed to remain. Minimal grading is required and no trees are proposed to be removed for this project. Water and sewer service is provided by the McKinleyville Community Service District. The applicant is requesting an exception to the standards for the road right-of-way width for Red Avenue.
