Document Description
The project would construct a new connection between the proposed SR-4 Bypass and existing Laurel Road. To connect Laurel Road to the Bypass, Laurel Road would be realigned and extended to cross over the UPRR tracks. This extension and additional improvements to surrounding roadways are proposed to accommodate projected increases in traffic volumes.
