CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA #1600-2004-0096-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, East Shore Silver Lake Improvement Association (ESSLIA) represented by Robert Nailon, ENTRIX, Inc. The applicant proposes to alter Rush Creek to perform the following work; 1) Use a dredge to remove sediment from the mainstem Rush Creek channel. Creation of additional wetlands by filling in open water delta channels will not occur to accomodate concerns posed during the 30 day public comment review period.
