- The project involves the construction of a 0.92-mile pedestrian and bicycle trail along a portion of Guadalupe River, between Willow Street and I-280. Project features include two at-grade street crossings (one at Virginia Street and one at Willow Street), a pedestrian/bicycle bridge over the Guadalupe River and the flood control bypass structure, and a pedestrian/bicycle bridge over Willow Street. The project also includes a trail rest area/overlook, a trail staging area (with parking for 6-10 cars) and pocket-park (0.25 acre) off McLellan Avenue, and trail corridor landscaping.
