Document Description
The applicants propose a Zone Change of a 2.5 acre portion of a 64.0-acre parcel from AG-2 (Non-Prime Agricultural, 10-acre minimum parcel size) to R-R-B-2.5 (Rural Residential Agricultural, 2.5-acre minimum parcel size). The Zone Change is proposed to facilitate the division of the 64.0-acre parcel into a 2.5-acre parcel, a 10-acre parcel and a 51.5-acre remainder. A Tentative Parcel Map (TPM-04-03) is concurrently proposed for the creation of two parcels and a remainder.
