Document Description
The proposed project is the approval and implementation of the Final Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plan (FC&PMP) for the French Camp Landfill, dated October 17, 2001, Amended February 19, 2004. The final closure will include the import of approximately 360,000 cubic yards of soil to cover the landfill in accordance with Title 27 California Code of Regulations. The soil will be spread, compacted, and graded as described in the FC&PMP. Approximately 350 truck trips per day will deliver the soil to the site Monday-Friday over an 80-day work period. Drainage and erosion control measures will also be completed per the FC&PMP.
