Document Description
Shiloh Wind Partners LLC proposes to develop the Shiloh I Wind Plant Project, a new wind energy facility in southeastern Solano County, California. The project would include the construction of up to 120 wind turbines that would provide a total generation capacity of approximately 180 MW of electricity.
