Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. John Margrave representing Concept Development. The applicant proposes to construct a five building office complex project. A section of an unnamed tributary to Churn Creek Tributary to the Sacramento River, Shasta County will be placed into a 54 inch culvert and rerouted under a proposed parking lot for the business park.
