Document Description
The Diablo Water District is proposing to construct facilities to pump between one to two million gallons per day (mgd) of groundwater from a well located in Glen Park in the City of Oakley. The groundwater supply would replace a portion of DWD's existing surface water supply thus reducing delta diversions, and would improve system reliability by providing an emergency supply in the event of an outage of the Randall-Bold Water Treatment Plant and/or drought reductions of surface supplies.
