Document Description
The proposed project site consists of .75 acres of vacant land that is bordered by Neroly Road to the east, Carl's Jr. Way to the north, and residences to the west and south. The site is currently zoned L-I with a General Plan land use designation of Light Industrial. As part of this project the applicant is requesting a Land Use Permit and Development Plan for parking, landscaping, lighting, and building design associated with the proposed use. The development of the property will be required to meet the standards set forth in the Zoning Ordinance and General Plan which establishes minimum lot sizes and dimensions, minimum setbacks, height requirements, accessory structures requirements and parking requirements within the L-I Zone District.
