Document Description
Otis Well No. 3 will be a new drinking water supply well in the Bell-Bell Gardens System of the Southern California Water Company (SCWC). SCWC will own and operate the subject well. The well will be designed to have a pumping capacity of 2,000 gallons per minute, and an iron and manganese treatment facility is also being design and planned for the well site.
