A proposed amendment of the area Specific Plan for approximately 40 acres located on the south side of west Cleveland Avenue just west of Westberry Boulevard (Road 24.5) and the home ranch subdivision. The amendment proposes to revise the current land use designation to PD 8000, Planned Development zone. The present zoning on the property could potentially result in construction of 109 single homes with standard single-family development, while with the proposed amendments 163 homes could be constructed, an increase of 54 homes.
