Document Description
The proposed project consists of the adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for General Plan Amendment 04-02, Zone Change 04-02, and Tentative Tract Map No. 17045 to allow for the development of a 159-lot detached single-family subdivision on approximately 37 acres, with a minimum lot size of 7,200 square feet. The proposed project will change the westerly half of the existing parcels, extending approximately 660 feet east of the extension of Pearmain Road, from C (Commercial) to R-1 (Single Family Residential). This will result in a reduction of the commercially designated land on the subject property from about 70 acres to approximately 33 acres.
