The Proposed Project includes an approximately 230,000 s.f. commercial retail center, which would be anchored by a Wal-Mart store located in the western portion of the site (reference as the major retail center parcel) and seven commercial outparcels, including one set aside for a gas station, and a detention/retention basin parcel, refer to Figure 11-3, Proposed Site Plan.
