Document Description
Tentative Tract Map No. 31792 proposes the subdivision and grading of approximately 59 acres into 191 single-family residential lots with 8 open space lots, and the construction of 191 single-family residences with the extension of 3rd Street (and if the project is developed prior to development of adjacent TR 25478, the offsite extension of "G" Street and "A" Street) and appurtenant utilities and internal streets. Zone Change No. 2004-09 proposes to change the zoning on portions of the project site from "RR Rural Residential" to "R1 Single Family Residential" bringing it into conformance with the General Plan Designation of "Low Medium Density Residential" (6 dwelling units per acre) and thereby allowing development of the project.
