Zone Change No. 2004-09 proposes to change the zoning on portions of the project site from "RR Rural Residential" to "R1 Single Family Residential" bringing it into conformance with the General Plan Designation of "Low Medium Density Residential" (6 dwelling units per acre) and thereby allowing development of the project.
