The proposed project is a request to allow the construction of seven commercial condominium units (total of 78.065 sq.ft.) for offices, manufacturing, and warehousing. Operating hours will generally be from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. weekdays with limited operations on weekends. There will be a maximum of 156 employees working at the site with approximately 13 truck trips generated per day.
