- The project consists of minor modifications and upgrades to the F.E. Weymouth Treatment Plant (Plant) Oxidation Retrofit Program: 1) replace an existing chain-link fence with a block concrete wall along Sedalia Avenue and the Plant's southwest perimeter, 2)construct a stormwater sedimentation detention basin in the southwest area of the Plant, 3) reconfigure existing basins; and 4) Incorporate an operation and maintenance action plan for Plant rejection. Other work includes pipe and valve installation associated with the basins.
