Document Description
The proposed project includes a number of elements that would implement the ORP and site improvements at the plant. Most proposed facilities would be located within the boundaries of the existing plant but would not change the existing plant treatment capacity. Off-site improvements would include improvements to Wheeler Avenue near the plant entrance and the connection of the plant storm drain system and a new plant water rejection conduit to the Marshall Creek Channel located to the east of the plant site.
