The City proposes the redevelopment of 9 sites. New uses will consist of residential and neighborhood retail uses. Residential uses will include apartments and condominium totaling approximately 853 units. Approximately 15,000 sf of ground-floor neighborhood-serving retail uses will be developed along Magnolia Avenue.
