Expand the permitted facility boundary from 45.4 acres to 188 acres, expand the disposal area from 38.44 acres to 76.4 acres, increase the site capacity from 2,700,000 cubic yards to 8,900,000 cubic yards, change the landfill's estimated closure date from 2018 to 2042, reduce the final elevation from 1,400 feet above mean sea level for Modules 6-7 and incorporated the CDI facility (40-AA-0033) in the landfill's SWFP.
